CACI has a long history in the Colorado manufacturing community. In 1965, CACI was formed by the merger of the then State Chamber of Commerce and the State Manufacturer's Association. Since then, CACI has remained the Colorado affiliate for the National Association of Manufacturers and is proud to count many of Colorado's prominent manufacturers among its members.
In December of 2011, CACI created the Colorado Manufacturing Initiative, adding direction and dedicated resources to foster further growth and success among Colorado manufacturers.
What is CACI’s Colorado Manufacturing Initiative?
CACI’s Colorado Manufacturing Initiative offers focused sector support to CACI’s Member Manufacturers and to the Colorado manufacturing community. Through the Manufacturer’s Leadership Group and CACI’s various policy councils, the Initiative suggests and supports proactive policy and legislation that will strengthen Colorado manufacturing. The initiative also fosters collaboration, communication, and business-to-business relationships between Colorado manufacturers through Initiative sponsored events.
Manufacturing builds America. For decades, the nation’s top leaders have recognized the power of a strong manufacturing sector on our economy and our communities.
